Dennis Chamers, what a drummer! When I first saw him playing the drums, god how good he was doing! He started at an age of 4 and at the age of 8 he was playing at clubs. He learn all the move and rythms alone, he had no education. After finishing college he started playing in a band, named Parliament and Funkadelic. The funky jazz groove lasted till 1985, after that he played for several bands and artist. Through the years he worked his self to a level that many drummers want to be! A level of succes! Dennis Chambers is certanly one of the top drummers of all time. Since 1985 Dennis uses Pearl Drums (Pearl Masters Series) and mostly Pearl hardware. And also he uses the best cymbalms, Zildjian. Evans head on the Snare dum and Genera G2s on the toms. So what can I say, he's one of the best! I hope the I will see him many times.
